* The 2004 (last year) rankings for Connecticut, Oklahoma, South Carolina & Wisconsin were incorrect the first few hours this table was posted.  The Connecticut ranking had been shown as 13th instead of the correct 9th and Wisconsin had been shown as 9th instead of the correct 13th.  Oklahoma had been shown as 48th instead of the correct 40th and South Carolina had been shown as 40th instead of the correct 48th.  We apologize for this error.  The 2005 rankings were (and are) correct.
